I need a new digital camera with video capability. I really wanted to get a nikon dSLR but I also need a video cam and I can’t afford both! I just bought a Panasonic DMC-ZS3 for $229 and the HD video is fantastic. Few point & shoot cameras let you use the zoom for video, but this one does.
